DIRECT ENTRY - PERMANENT

This visa lets skilled workers, who are nominated by their employer live and work in Australia permanently.

You must have an occupation that is on the Medium and Long Term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL)
Have at least 3 years post qualification work experience in your nominated occupation, unless you are exempt
Have a positive skills assessment in your nominated occupation, unless you are exempt
You must be nominated by an Australian employer
You must meet Australia's Health and Character requirements
Have a competent level of English language
Have paid back any debts to the Australian Government
Sign the Australian values statement
Not had a visa cancelled to refused
